Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 29, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Renoir LLC, doing business as AICRO ("AICRO," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information in connection with our websites, products, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Who We Are

Renoir LLC d/b/a AICRO is a Wyoming limited liability company that provides outbound marketing, demand-generation, and revenue-operations services to business clients. If you have questions about this policy or our data practices, contact us at privacy@aicro.co.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Information you provide. Account details, name, business email address, company information, billing details, and any content or communications you send to us.

  • Information collected automatically. Device, browser, IP address, usage data, and similar information collected through cookies and comparable technologies when you use our websites and Services.

  • Information from connected accounts. When you authorize AICRO to connect to a third-party account (such as Google), we receive the data described in Section 3 below, limited to the permissions you grant.

3. Google User Data

AICRO's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

When you connect your Google account to AICRO during onboarding, we request the following Google OAuth scope:

How we access Google user data

We access your Google Calendar data only after you explicitly grant permission through Google's OAuth consent screen, and only to the extent permitted by the scope listed above. You may revoke this access at any time through your Google Account security settings.

How we use Google user data

We use the calendar.events scope solely to create, update, and manage calendar booking events on your behalf — for example, to schedule meetings and place confirmed bookings on your calendar as part of the Services you have engaged us to provide. We do not use Google Calendar data for any other purpose.

How we store Google user data

We store only the minimum Google data necessary to provide the Services, including OAuth tokens needed to maintain the connection and references to events we create or manage. Tokens and related data are encrypted in transit and at rest and are retained only for as long as your connection remains active.

How we share Google user data

We do not sell, rent, or transfer Google user data to third parties, and we do not use it for advertising, to train generalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models, or for any purpose unrelated to the Services. We do not allow humans to read this data unless (a) you have given specific consent, (b) it is necessary for security purposes or to comply with applicable law, (c) the data is aggregated and anonymized for internal operations, or (d) it is necessary for a limited support function you have requested. We may share Google data only with service providers (sub-processors) acting on our behalf under confidentiality obligations strictly to deliver the Services.

Limited Use

AICRO's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Our use of Google user data is limited to the practices explicitly disclosed in this Privacy Policy. If we ever intend to use Google user data for a new purpose, we will update this policy and obtain your consent before doing so.

4. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve the Services; to set up and manage accounts and connected integrations; to communicate with you; to process payments; to provide support; to ensure security and prevent fraud; and to comply with legal obligations.

5. How We Share Information

We may share non-Google information with: service providers and sub-processors who perform services on our behalf; our business clients in connection with the Services they have engaged us to deliver; professional advisors; authorities when required by law; and parties to a corporate transaction such as a merger or acquisition. Sharing of Google user data is governed exclusively by Section 3 above.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services and for legitimate business or legal purposes. When you disconnect a Google integration or close your account, we delete or de-identify associated Google data within a reasonable period unless retention is required by law.

7. Data Security

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information, including encryption in transit and at rest and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information, or to withdraw consent. You can revoke AICRO's access to your Google account at any time via your Google Account permissions page. To exercise any right, contact us at privacy@aicro.co.

9. Third-Party Services

The Services integrate with third-party platforms, including Google. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties.

10. Children's Privacy

The Services are intended for businesses and are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version with an updated "Last updated" date and, where required, obtain your consent to material changes.
